Medvedev, Abbas to discuss Russia-Palestine relations on June 25

MOSCOW. June 20 (Interfax) - Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev will meet with State of Palestine President Mahmoud Abbas in Moscow on June 25, the government press service reported on Friday.

The Russian prime minister and the Palestinian leader will confer on pressing matters in bilateral relations and the current condition and prospects of trade, economic and cultural cooperation, it said.

"Humanitarian interaction will be discussed with an emphasis on practical assistance to the Palestinians in the construction of state institutes and the solution of fundamental social problems," the report said.
