Abkhaz resident sentenced to 13 years in jail for spying for Georgia
SUKHUMI. June 25 (Interfax) - The Abkhaz Supreme Court has sentenced Manuchar Shonia, a resident of the Gali district, to 13 years in a strict security penitentiary for spying.
The Abkhaz State Security Service told Interfax that law enforcement agencies detained Shonia on September 30, 2012 on suspicion of collaboration with Georgian special services.
