Ukrainian law enforcement units intensify military operations - Donetsk militia

MOSCOW. July 1 (Interfax) - The leadership of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic said Ukrainian law enforcement units intensified military operations after President Petro Poroshenko ended the truce.

"The Ukrainian military's intensified operations can indeed be observed," leader of the Donbass militia and deputy of the republic's parliament Miroslav Rudenko told Interfax.

"The Ukrainian forces' intensified combat operations can be observed near Karlovka, Kramatorsk and the Donetsk airport," Rudenko said.

It looks like the "Plan B" Poroshenko that was talking about, is in action, he said.

Verkhovna Rada Speaker Oleksandr Turchynov said earlier on Tuesday that the active phase in the law enforcement operation in eastern Ukraine resumed in the morning.
