Two reps of fmr shareholders in NCC Group elected to Global Ports board

MOSCOW. July 2 (Interfax) - Two representatives of former shareholders in National Container Company (NCC) have been elected to the board of directors at Global Ports.

Global Ports said in a statement that the two are Vadim Kryukov, who served on the NCC board of directors in 2006-2013; and Michalakis Christofides, a member of the supervisory board of Ukraine's Kreditprombank in 2012-2013.

Kyrukov and Christofides replaced (Michalis Thomaides, director of Leverret Holding Ltd (Cyprus); and George Sofocleous, an employee of Orangefield Fidelico Ltd, on the Global Ports board.

Global Ports bought 100% of National Container Company (NCC) last year for cash and shares. The former owners of NCC, Ilibrinio Establishment Ltd and Polozio Enterprises Ltd, each received 9% stakes in Global Ports as part of the deal.
