Lukoil VP Malyukov sells 6.01 mln rubles worth of shares

MOSCOW. July 2 (Interfax) - Lukoil Vice President Sergei Malyukov has sold 3,000 shares in the oil company for 6.07 million rubles.

Lukoil said in a statement that the deal took place in Moscow on June 30.

Malyukov's stake fell from 0.004% to 0.0036% as the result of the sale.

Malyukov, 60, is responsible for internal audit and has been a Lukoil vice president since 2012.
