Luhansk, Donetsk will be locked in siege - Kyiv
KYIV. July 6 (Interfax) - Ukraine's law enforcement units will seize Luhansk and Donetsk in a grip, the National Security and Defense Council's deputy secretary, Mykhailo Koval, said.
Koval said on Inter television that this would be done in order to make the anti-government armed formations to lay down their arms.
