Russia's anti-drug chief to visit France
MOSCOW. July 7 (Interfax) - The head of the Russian Federal Drug Control Agency (FSKN), Viktor Ivanov, is to pay a formal visit to France, the FSKN spokesperson told Interfax on Monday.
"The visit will include a meeting with the Council of Europe Secretary-General, Thorbjorn Jagland, in Strasbourg. The parties will discuss issues concerning the reduction of the demand for drugs, the rehabilitation and re-socialization of drug addicts, and developments of anti-drug police cooperation," the FSKN said.
Ivanov is on the list of Russians sanctioned by the United States over Crimea.
