Ten civilians die in air strike at Donetsk town of Snezhnoye - militia

DONETSK. July 15 (Interfax) - Militia of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic reports ten dead following air strike at the Ukrainian town of Snezhnoye.

"According to witnesses, there are about ten dead among civilians and many were injured," South-East Front information center head Konstantin Knyrik told Interfax.

The air strike was carried out at a five-storey residential building at 14 Lenin Street, Knyrik said. "Two sections were completely destroyed by the air strike. No one from the militia was injured, only civilians," he said.

A tax inspection building nearby also came under fire.

Snezhnoye is situated in the east of the Donetsk region and has a population of about 50,000 people.
