Moscow metro operations to be completely restored by end of day - deputy emergencies minister
MOSCOW. July 16 (Interfax) - Operations of the Moscow metro, where a train derailed at the Arbatsko-Pokrovskaya line on July 15, will be restored completely throughout the day, Russian Deputy Emergencies Minister Vladimir Stepanov said.
"According to the plans existing metro operations should be restored completely today and within 24 hours," he said.
