FSMTC: Sanctions don't inspire optimism, Moscow offers constructive cooperation
BRASILIA. July 17 (Interfax) - Federal Service for Military-Technological Cooperation (FSMTC) chief Alexander Fomin hopes that a constructive attitude towards Russia will triumph in Europe and the United States at some point.
"We are offering constructive cooperation to all Western countries. In fact, we have never been free from sanctions. Indeed, they do not inspire optimism and make our work difficult," Fomin told reporters on Thursday.
