Wounded Ukrainian soldiers thank Russian doctors for "prompt" help - Rostov admin
ROSTOV-ON-DON, Russia. July 17 (Interfax) - Wounded Ukrainian border guards who were hospitalized in Gukovo, Rostov region, thanked Russian doctors for "prompt medical assistance," a regional administration spokesman said on Thursday.
"Experts from the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe have visited the town hospital and spoken to wounded Ukrainian servicemen, who are willing to talk. The servicemen expressed gratitude to the Russian doctors, who had given them prompt medical assistance," the spokesman told Interfax.
He said the wounded soldiers had also been able to telephone their families.
