Lavrov: Kyiv, militia to discuss truce at video conference

MOSCOW. July 18 (Interfax) - Kyiv and the militia will soon discuss a truce at a video conference, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.

"There are grounds to believe a video conference will be held shortly to discuss a truce. This truce is three times more necessary now," Lavrov said in an interview with the television channel Rossiya 24.
