Only one Russian-Ukrainian border checkpoint in Rostov region open - spokesman

ROSTOV-ON-DON, Russia. July 19 (Interfax) - Only one of the four Russian border-crossing checkpoints on the Rostov region section of the Russian-Ukrainian frontier is open, a Russian border guard spokesman said.
