Kyiv in talks with militia to get train with bodies of air crash victims to depart

KYIV. July 20 (Interfax) - Ukrainian officials are in talks to get the train with bodies of Boeing crash victims to be sent from the Donetsk region to Kyiv-controlled territory.

"There are 192 bodies plus eight bone fragments in the train. Talks are underway to get the train to leave," Ukraine's deputy prime minister and regional and construction minister, Volodymyr Groysman, said at a press briefing in Kyiv on Sunday.

"The train is now in Torez in the Donetsk region. Talks are on with the militia which controls this region," he said.

"We have been unable to get this train to depart from the Donetsk region for now," Groysman also said.

He announced that 27 more bodies have been found.

One more railway train is going to Torez, where the bodies just discovered will be loaded, he said.
