LPR claims to control Izvarino checkpoint

LUHANSK. July 22 (Interfax) - The leader of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic, Valery Bolotov, has said that refugees from east Ukraine can leave the hostility zone through the border checkpoint in Izvarino.

"Refugees can leave the city through Krasnodon, through the Izvarino checkpoint," Bolotov told a press conference on Tuesday.

"The train service is still running," Bolotov added.
