Ships anchored in Crimea to be returned to Kyiv after ceasefire in southeast - Russian officer
ROSTOV-ON-DON. July 24 (Interfax-AVN) - The ships, armaments and military hardware of the Ukrainian Armed Forces left behind in Crimea will be handed over to Kyiv only after the hostilities cease in the southeast, head of the Southern Military District Staff's naval department Rear Admiral Anatoly Dolgov said.
"The transfer of ships, armaments and military hardware to Ukraine is not over yet. A deputy defense minister has suspended the transfer of armaments and military hardware of the Ukrainian Armed Forces because of the events evolving in the southeast. There is no guarantee they will not use these armaments and hardware against the civilian population," Dolgov said at a press conference at the Interfax Rostov-on-Don office on Thursday.
