LUHANSK. July 30 (Interfax) - A spokesperson for the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) has reported an artillery attack by the Ukrainian National Guard against Luhansk civilians who were leaving the city via a humanitarian corridor opened by the military operation headquarters through Luhansk, Metalist and Shchastya.

"Our information is that civilians were traveling in a private minibus and a car. The national guards at the checkpoint near Stukalova Balka opened fire at the civilian transport vehicles. There are survivors
