Lavrov welcomes initiative to hold inter-Ukrainian talks in Minsk

DUSHANBE. July 30 (Interfax) - Moscow welcomes the initiative to hold talks between Ukrainian parties in Belarus.

"We welcome any opportunity of talks between Ukrainian parties and welcome the proposal to hold them in Minsk," Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said at a meeting with young diplomats in Dushanbe.
