MOSCOW. Aug 1 (Interfax) - The Moscow Zamoskvoretsky Court has decided not to send the criminal case against brothers Alexei and Oleg Navalny, who are charged with fraud and the laundering of funds from the company Yves Rocher, back to the prosecutors.
