Russia to decide on appealing Hague's verdict on Yukos case within several weeks - Justice Ministry
MOSCOW. Aug 7 (Interfax) - Following additional review, Russia will decide within several weeks on possibly appealing the decision of The Hague's Permanent Court of Arbitration on the Yukos case, Russian Justice Minister Alexander Konovalov said.
"The appeal procedure there is not entirely clear. The regulation states that [appealing] is seemingly not allowed. But this ban has not been clearly formulated entirely. It might be possible," he told journalists on Thursday.
"We will still study the issue as far as possible. This is the question of several weeks," Konovalov said.
