Oriflame to launch production and logistics center in Noginsk district in H2
MOSCOW. Aug 15 (Interfax) - Oriflame plans to open an integrated production and logistics center in the Noginsk district just outside Moscow in the second half of 2014, the Swedish cosmetics company said in a press release.
This will be the company's second plant in Russia and its biggest worldwide.
The complex will cost 150 million euro.
"The logistics center in Noginsk and the use of IT technologies will enable us to organize fast and cost-effective deliveries and service support for consultants at 5,000 existing service points in Russia," said Yury Mikhailyuk, the company's Russia head.
The 56,000 square meter site will include production facilities for shampoos, gels, deodorants and lipsticks.
