Lavrov: Some progress made at Ukrainian crisis talks in Berlin
BERLIN. Aug 18 (Interfax) - Some progress has been made at the Berlin negotiations of the foreign ministers of Russia, Germany, France and Ukraine, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.
"Some progress has been made on certain points we have been discussing for a long time," he told reporters on Monday.
