Tatarstan doctors find intestinal bug in McDonald's restaurant
KAZAN. Aug 22 (Interfax) - Experts from the Rospotrebnadzor department for Tatarstan have found violations of the sanitary legislation in a local McDonald's restaurant.
"The inspection showed violations of the sanitary legislation, including non-observance of food storage conditions, incomplete fulfillment of the production control program, and some workers did not have information confirming that they have undergone compulsory preliminary and periodic medical evaluations," the Rospotrebnadzor department for Tatarstan reported on Friday.
The report also states that "two swabs were found to contain bacteria from the colibacillus group (taken in the McDonald's restaurant located in Kazan's Pr. Kh. Yamasheva 46/33."
