Russia can no longer put up with misery of people in southeast Ukraine - ministry

MOSCOW. Aug 22 (Interfax) - Moscow says it no longer intends to put up with the disastrous situation of the people living in the protesting southeast of Ukraine.

"Appealing now to international law, that we have always abided by and always will, means passing the headache to someone else. We are acting fully in accordance with the norms of international humanitarian law. We cannot and will no longer put up with the misery of people living in the protesting South-East of Ukraine," Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov in a statement commenting on the situation around the started delivery of the Russian humanitarian aid to the south-eastern region of Ukraine.
