Some 1,800 tonnes of aid sent to Ukrainian refugees in Rostov rgn since June
DONETSK. Aug 28 (Interfax) - Between 4.5 and 6 tonnes of humanitarian aid are supplied by Russian territories daily to the Rostov region, which is housing Ukrainian refugees, Rostov Region Vice-Governor Vadim Artemov said.
"The Rostov region has received humanitarian aid from various territories of Russia since June 4. The total weight of the relief is approaching 1,800 tonnes," Artemov told reporters on Thursday.
The territories have mostly donated food, drugs, hygienic items and primary necessities, he said.
