MOSCOW. Sept 1 (Interfax) - Business conditions facing Russian manufacturers continued to indicate modest growth in August according to Purchasing Managers' Index (PMI) data from HSBC.

The PMI was unchanged at 51 points in August.

The survey's headline figure is the HSBC PMI - a composite indicator designed to give a single-figure snapshot of operating conditions in the manufacturing economy.
