Antiterrorism appeal published in Moscow

MOSCOW. Sept 3 (Interfax) - Moscow public organizations published an antiterrorism appeal on Wednesday.

"Today, on the Day of Solidarity with the Struggle against Terrorism, we, members of Moscow public organizations, appeal to residents of our city, citizens of Russia, countries and peoples of the world! We profoundly mourn all victims of inhumane terrorist acts. The sorrow and anger break our hearts when we learn the terrible news," says the appeal seen by Interfax.

Any action of terrorists aims to destroy public values the ancestors have been creating for centuries, it notes.

"We will not allow ruining the fundamentals of our life; we must do the utmost to preserve the unity of the people of Russia! Each of us is responsible for our future," the appeal says.

Interfax reported earlier that a number of rallies remembering terror attack victims would simultaneously start in Moscow on Wednesday, on the International Day of Solidarity with the Struggle against Terrorism.
