Contact Group's baseline resolution includes ceasefire, prisoner swap - source

MINSK. Sept 5 (Interfax) - A baseline draft of the resolution the Trilateral Contact Group at the Minsk meeting on Friday includes a ceasefire by the sides to the Ukrainian conflict and the "all for all" prisoner swap, a source in the Contact Group reported.

"The initial resolution drawn up yesterday covers two keynote issues, the ceasefire and the prisoner swap. But today's negotiations may supplement the draft resolution with additions presumably related to the pullback of Kyiv forces and enhanced OSCE monitoring. The status of Donbas may be discussed at future negotiations. The future negotiations per se may be also discussed today," the source told Interfax on Friday.
