Ukraine not banning defense companies from working with Russia if products shipped to third-party countries
MOSCOW. Sept 5 (Interfax) - The Ukrainian government is not banning defense companies from working together with Russia if the products are produced for shipment to third-party countries, Motor Sich CEO Vyacheslav Boguslayev told journalists at the Gidroaviasalon 2014 exhibition in Gelendzhik Friday.
"Ukraine has no bans against the shipment of products for Russia to carry out its contracts. There is a ban on products that are used for military purposes," he added.
"There is a ban on equipment that is supplied for the Russian Defense Ministry, only on products that will be used by the Russian Defense Ministry," Boguslayev said.
