NATO summit decisions concern changing military situation in security sector - Russian envoy
MOSCOW. Sept 5 (Interfax) - Russia will watch the results of the NATO summit, which ended on Friday, closely, Russian permanent envoy to NATO Alexander Grushko said.
"All these plans should be studied closely and no one will make a decision emotionally," Grushko said on Rossiya 24 (Russia 24) TV channel, commenting on the decisions made at the Alliance summit.
"It is visible today that it concerns a significant change of the military situation in the security sector in this region and this is a considerable, serious shift," he said.
