DPR plans to discuss ceasefire observance, exchange of POWs in video conference with contact group
MOSCOW. Sept 8 (Interfax) - The administration of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic plans to discuss ceasefire observance and exchange of POWs with participants in the contact group on Ukraine in a video conference on Monday, Andrei Purgin, first deputy prime minister of the Donetsk People's Republic, told Interfax.
"The video conference is scheduled to be held at 2:00 p.m. today. We will discuss technical working issues, including the observance of some formalities in the exchange of POWs, technical issues relating to ceasefire observance, and many other working issues relating to the implementation of the current agreements," Purgin said.
