Malaysia Airlines Boeing 777 en route from Amsterdam, the Netherlands, to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, crashed in eastern Ukraine on July 17. The crash killed all 298 people on board, including 192 citizens of the Netherlands (one of them was also a U.S. citizen), 44 citizens of Malaysia, including 15 crewmembers, 27 citizens of Australia, twelve of Indonesia, ten of the UK (including one with dual South African citizenship), four of Germany, four of Belgium, three of the Philippines, one of Canada and one of New Zealand.
A total of 193 crash victims have now been identified.
The plane, which was flying over the armed conflict zone in south-eastern Ukraine, was presumably brought down by a missile.
