No possibility to exclude Russia from Security Council in UN Charter - Churkin

MOSCOW. Sept 10 (Interfax) - It is impossible to exclude Russia from the UN Security Council, Russian Permanent Representative to the United Nations Vitaly Churkin said on Rossiya 24 (Russia 24) TV channel.

"As to excluding Russia from the UN Security Council, it would be better to read the UN charter first. It is absolutely clear that this is impossible," Churkin said.
