ORYOL. Sept 11 (Interfax) - Chinese corporation Hengyuan Group is planning to build a plant for the production of cement in the Oryol region, the press service of the regional governor said.
Investments in the project could amount to $400 million.
At present, the project is only being developed, therefore it is too early to talk about timelines for its implementation, the regional government's press service told Interfax.
