EU sanction not to affect Oboronprom's defense business - company

MOSCOW. Sept 12 (Interfax-AVN) - The sanctions declared by the European Union will have no impact on the defense operations of Oboronprom, a company representative told Interfax-AVN on Friday.

"Oboronprom has not taken out and does not take out loans and credit from European banks and other foreign financial institution, Oboronprom bond-secured loans were purchased from Russian banks [in particular, from VTB]. Thus sanctions will not impact the company's current business activities," the representative said.
