NATO seriously violates agreement with Russia - diplomat

MOSCOW. Sept 12 (Interfax) - NATO is seriously violating the obligations stipulated in the Founding Act Russia-NATO, Russia's Permanent Representative to NATO Alexander Grushko said during a round table at a video conference from Brussels.

"The Founding Act includes a very clear provision that NATO countries will refrain from additional permanent placement of significant combat force," Grushko said.

"Even before NATO started to implement the plans announced in Wales, we noted that NATO had been seriously violating its obligations," Grushko said.
