Economic Development Ministry projects export price for gas at $316.5 per 1,000 cm in 2015

MOSCOW. Sept 14 (Interfax) - The price for gas to be exported to far abroad will stand at $316.5 per 1,000 cubic meters in 2015, according to the Economic Development Ministry's macroeconomic forecast for 2015-17, available to Interfax.

The ministry earlier projected the average price for gas to be exported to far abroad at $353.4 per 1,000 cubic meters for 2015. This price was taken into account in the law on the budget for 2014-16.

In accordance with Gazprom 's latest statements, the average price for gas for far abroad in 2014 is projected at $350 per 1,000 cubic meters. Prices for gas on spot trading platforms in Europe are currently below $300 per 1,000 cubic meters.

Prices for gas intended for far abroad are projected at $306.6 per 1,000 cubic meters for 2016 (the law on the budget for 2014 provides for a price of $328 per 1,000 cubic meters), and at $301.8 per 1,000 cubic meters for 2017 (the budget strategy for this year envisons a price of $337.7 per 1,000 cubic meters).

Natural gas exports for 2015 are estimated at 190 billion cubic meters, for 2016 191 billion cubic meters and 2017 - 191.5 billion cubic meters.
