Militia, Ukrainian military exchange captives
MOSCOW. Sept 14 (Interfax) - The militia of the self-declared Donetsk People's Republic has exchanged a new group of captives with the Ukrainian military, said the republic's first deputy prime minister Andrei Purgin.
"The captives have been exchanged: 73 for 73," he told Interfax on Sunday.
