Companies hit by sanctions to get state support - Ulyukayev

MOSCOW. Sept 15 (Interfax) - Russian companies hit by Western sanctions will receive state support, possibly from pension savings or the National Welfare Fund (NWF), Economic Development Minister Alexei Ulyukayev told a briefing on Friday evening.

"There are various forms of support, such as a different customs-tariff regime, for components; direct financial support from the budget; the use of pension savings or the NWF, and various other mechanisms," he said.

"We'll definitely be supporting companies that have been subject to sanctions. We're already supporting them and will continue to do so," he said.
