Militia ready to exchange another group of POWs in three days - Zakharchenko
DONETSK. Sept 15 (Interfax) - Alexander Zakharchenko, prime minister of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic, said the militia are ready to exchange another group of POWs with Kyiv in three days, that is, tentatively on September 18.
"The next exchange will take place in about three days," he told reporters on Monday.
"Another 28 Ukrainian troops have surrendered," he said.
