Final date not yet set for Ukraine-Russia-EU gas talks - Naftogaz chief

KYIV. Sept 17 (Interfax) - The final date of a trilateral gas meeting between Ukraine, Russia and the EU has not yet been agreed upon by all parties, the CEO of Ukraine's national oil and gas company Naftogaz Ukrainy, Andrey Kobolev, said on the air of the First National Channel Tuesday evening.

He said the date of the meeting proposed by Russia, September 22, was not very convenient for the EU representatives. "Therefore, it is possible that the trilateral meeting will be rescheduled for a later date," Kobolev added.

Different dates of the alleged resumption of the trilateral gas talks in September were voiced earlier, but they have not yet been confirmed by all parties.
