Special Donbas area to be outlined before president signs law - Rada member
KYIV. Sept 18 (Interfax) - Ukraine's parliamentarian and presidential advisor Mykola Tomenko has not ruled out that a provision containing a list of towns and cities in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions which will be granted a special status will be drafted before the bill is sent to the president for signature.
"The matter will be settled before the law reaches the president for signature. The law has yet to be signed even by the chairman of Verkhovna Rada so I think we will clarify the fate of this amendment," he said on Ukraina television on Thursday evening.
