Minsk memorandum envisions removal of equipment, mercenaries from Ukraine under OSCE supervision - Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council
KYIV. Sept 20 (Interfax) - The memorandum signed in Minsk, which envisions bilateral halt of the use of weapons in eastern Ukraine, envisages the removal of equipment and mercenaries under the OSCE supervision, the information center of the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council has reported.
"The memorandum envisions the removal of equipment, militants and mercenaries under the OSCE supervision," Volodymyr Polevoi, deputy head of the information center of the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council, told a briefing on Saturday.
