Single shots are heard in Donetsk - City Council

KYIV. Sept 21 (Interfax) - As at 12:30 p.m. on Sunday the situation in Donetsk remained tense with single shorts heard in many places from time to time, local residents say.

According to the press service of the Donetsk City Council, life-support systems are functioning.

Electricians are restoring damaged networks. At the moment 39 transformer substations in the city are still not operational.
