Prosecutors insist on keeping Yevtushenkov under house arrest
MOSCOW. Sept 24 (Interfax) - Prosecutors have disagreed with the defense arguments that AFK Sistema chief Vladimir Yevtushenkov should be released from house arrest.
In particular, the prosecutor asked for the Russian Prosecutor General's Office's objections to the defense lawyer's complaint to be added to the case files, an Interfax correspondent said. He also asked for the records of Yevtushenkov's questioning and papers seized during searches at Sistema's offices to be added to the dossier as well.
The businessman is currently under house arrest.
