First OSCE drones to arrive in Ukraine Sept 26 - Poroshenko

KYIV. Sept 25 (Interfax) - The first unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) intended for monitoring the ceasefire in the Donbas region and the removal of military hardware are to arrive in Ukraine this Friday, September 26.

"The first unmanned vehicles that will be used to monitor the ceasefire will arrive tomorrow," Ukraine's President Petro Poroshenko told a press conference in Kyiv on Thursday.

"Not just for monitoring that there is no fire but also for complying with another very important clause: the removal of heavy artillery, multiple rocket launchers and other weaponry beyond their maximum range," Poroshenko said.
