Russia's OSCE envoy calls civilians' killing near Donetsk "war crime"
MOSCOW. Sept 26 (Interfax) - Russia's Permanent Representative to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), Andrei Kelin, has reiterated the need to find the persons responsible for the crimes committed outside of Donetsk, eastern Ukraine, where mass graves containing the bodies of civilians have been found recently.
"It is not just a humanitarian violation. It is a war crime," Kelin said at a press conference during a video link-up with Vienna on Friday.
"Those who did it should be found. All culprits must be brought to justice," he said.
