Banner addressing Obama posted opposite U.S. Embassy in Moscow

MOSCOW. Sept 27 (Interfax) - A banner challenging the president of the United States in English over "American democracy" in Ukraine appeared on the house number 18 in Novinsky Boulevard opposite the building of the U.S. Embassy in Moscow on Saturday.

Eyewitnesses said that the large poster contained pictures of multiple grave crosses and a caption which read: Shot civilians near Donetsk. Is this your real democracy, Obama?

Interfax has learnt that the banner was posted by a group of student activists.

Law enforcement agencies were not immediately available for comment.

Meanwhile, a rally to mourn the innocent victims of Donetsk is due to be held near the Tragedy of Nations monument in Poklonnaya Gora (Hill) in Moscow on Saturday evening.
