Ceasefire in Donbas should be followed by talks on political settlement in Ukraine - Lavrov

NEW YORK. Sept 28 (Interfax) - A political settlement should follow the ceasefire in Eastern Ukraine, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has said.

"The process [of a peaceful settlement] has started. A discussion of the political aspects of settling the situation should follow," he said in an interview with Rossiya and Russia Today TV channels.
