MOSCOW. Sept 1 (Interfax) - The Russian Federal Tourism Agency (Rosturizm) has advised Russians to refrain from traveling to Hong Kong, said Oleg Safonov, the acting chief of the agency.
"The developments in Hong Kong have been such that we recommend refraining from traveling there. It is impossible to move there, transport services are poor, shops are closed," Safronov told Interfax.
